Young people are at the heart of everything we do

AYM helps exceptional young people who need financial and other forms of support to progress their musical talent and to develop their skills to their full potential.

We also help music educators to spot, support and nurture musical talent in young people.

Through our strategic leadership, we’re also guiding the development of  innovative thinking and greater collaboration across the music education sector, while taking the lead in helping young people experience excellent music journeys.

That’s our main business: finding potential in young musicians and giving talent a chance.
