Guidelines and application forms are now available to download in Adobe Acrobat format.

The closing date for receipt of 2009 Application Forms, Music Teacher’s Reference Forms and Headteacher’s Reference Forms is Friday 27 March 2009.

Means Testing
AYM means tests all applications: during this process we use income thresholds similar to those of the Music and Dance Scheme www.dcsf.gov.uk/mds/national_grants. Ultimately however our Adjudication Panel makes their decisions according to which young musicians, in their view, are the most talented and the most in need of help.

Please ensure you have read the Guidance Notes for Applicants before completing your application.

The Application form,Teachers Reference form and Headteacher's Reference form may also be downloaded in Word format but please print the finished pages and post a signed copy. Copies cannot be accepted by fax or email.
